Crafting is our Zen! Craftopolis is a Mother & Daughter duo bringing Art & Craft workshops to you!
Why I started Craftopolis: I was born with a pencil in one hand and a crayon in the other and haven't put them down since. I love to create...art, crafts, displays, props, events, parties, amazing food... pretty much anything that challenges my creative mind! I also love to figure out how to do things or how things work behind the scenes, the mechanical side of things although I have a long way to master many of them. I am not one to worry about being exact in my creation process, it's more about the adventure to get there than how perfect the end creation is each time. This frees up my creativity and I recommend it to everyone. Crafopolis allows me to share my passion for art and crafting with others by offering workshops. Workshops that are fun and causal around the craft themes popular today. If you love crafts on Pinterest but are either intimidated on trying to execute them or don't have the supplies and tools, Craftopolis is the answer! We have the tools, supplies and can instruct and guide you through creating those crafts in a fun, casual atmosphere either at our home studio in Elk Grove, or we can bring it all to you!
My daughter Julia joined in last year with water marbling and brings a young and trendy perspective to Craftopolis. I'm proud to work side by side with her and to see the future of Craftopolis evolve.
