Create a unique neon heart wall hanging using battery powered EL wire (choose from pink, purple or red) and string art techniques. Boards will be ready to go, no nail hammering required. Also create a 6' paper heart garland using a wide selection of paper patterns and colors.
Snacks and beverages will be served!
